Dr. Rob Cross
Rob is a leading expert and advisor on how companies can harness the power and performance of their informal organizational networks. Having worked with more than 200 strategically important networks across over 120 well-known organizations, he has developed a vast body of knowledge on the networking characteristics and behaviors of high performers. For over a decade, Rob has helped clients in pharmaceuticals, financial services, software, electronics, consumer products, consulting, and government by focusing on how networks relate to individual performance, sales productivity, organizational change, leadership effectiveness, and innovation.
 
Tim Galpin
Timothy J. Galpin is a Senior Fellow at Katzenbach Partners and Assistant Professor at the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management. Tim has over 20 years of international consulting experience and has authored three management books: The Complete Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions, Making Strategy Work, and The Human Side of Change: A Practical Guide to Organization Redesign.

Saj-nicole Joni, Ph.D. is an internationally known business strategist and third opinion adviser to senior executives and high-potential leaders. Saj-nicole is a leading expert on leadership, trust, and wisdom in corporate culture and decision making. The author of The Third Opinion: How Successful Leaders Use Outside Insight to Create Superior Results, she has been published in Harvard Business Review, been a columnist for Forbes.com, and appeared on NPR Marketplace.
 
Kerry Sulkowicz
Kerry advises CEOs, boards of directors and other senior executives on psychological aspects of leadership in complex organizations. A psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, he specializes in helping boards with CEO succession, assisting CEOs on leadership and senior team dynamics, and also provides human capital due diligence for investors, high-stakes hiring assessments, and psychological negotiation strategy. He coaches CEOs on confidential and sensitive issues that they can’t readily discuss with anyone else. Kerry also serves as a sounding board on generational transition to several large family-owned enterprises in the US and abroad.
 
Chris Trimble
Chris Trimble is an expert in innovation and execution, particularly how to conduct strategic experiments and manage high-growth-potential businesses within established organizations. Chris is on the faculty of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and is co-author of the book Ten Rules for Strategic Innovators. His publications include articles in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review as well as columns for The Economic Times and Fast Company.
