As Chief Financial Officer, Amrita manages the firm's finances and leads the strategy function.

Kristen, our Director of Recruiting, directs the firm's hiring processes and strategy for both campus recruiting and experienced hires. She uses her expertise in building organizations and a passion for our corporate culture to ensure that all hiring efforts are in tune with the firm's strategic vision and values. In this role, she manages each candidate's experience from start to finish.

HK manages the Experience Design Group, bringing a user experience perspective to client and internal projects.

As Chief Information Officer, Mary is responsible for the internal functions that relate to information, knowledge management and technology, including software development for both client and internal use.

As the firm's Chief People Officer, Shanti is responsible for overseeing and scaling the firm's key people processes – staffing, recruiting, training and development – as well as ensuring that we are managing and measuring our organizational climate and effectiveness.

Charlie is the firm’s in-house legal resource, providing guidance on contract, employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance issues, as well as negotiating contracts, providing in-house training on legal issues, and consulting to clients on an ad hoc basis.
